bonus n. additional pay given to employee as incentive or reward
curriculum vitae (UK) n. short account of one’s education, career etc US – resume
dismiss v. to remove or discharge from employment; to sack US – to fire
employer n. person or firm who employs people – employee n. person employed

interview v. an oral examination of an applicant for a job
make redundant v. [made] to dismiss because of not being needed
